Animus Machina is a minor villain character in Hamster & Gretel. He briefly appears in a montage at the beginning of "Superhero Sibling Rivalry", in a second instance of Kevin and Gretel arguing during an attempt to stop villainy (following an attempt against a running villainess, and preceding one against a skeleton-dressed one).

As indicated by his name, Animus Machina commandeers an army of mechanical animals.

Animus Machina prefers that Kevin and Gretel stop arguing and get back to fighting him.

So far, Animus Machina has only appeared in "Superhero Sibling Rivalry", being part of the second of three consecutive days in which Gretel and Kevin focus more on arguing with each other than the villain they're fighting. On this Tuesday, Animus Machina's robotic animals are terrorizing the zoo, and as Gretel is rounding up the robots, she's arguing with Kevin that she's not "always late" and that Kevin is "always early" instead. Their bickering has gone far to the point that Animus Machina, standing on a mechanical elephant, steps in and points out his presence as the evil villain that Gretel and Kevin need to be facing. Instead, he's being told to stay out of their arguing.
