Carlos Alazraqui

Carlos Jaime Alazraqui is American actor, stand-up comedian, impressionist, producer and screenwriter. He is known for his roles in Rocko's Modern Life, CatDog, SpongeBob SquarePants, The Fairly OddParents, !Mucha Lucha!, Reno 911, The Life and Times of Juniper Lee, Camp Lazlo, El Tigre: The Many Adventures of Manny Rivera, and The Casagrandes.

He had also previously voiced characters on other shows by Dan Povenmire: he voiced Bobbi Fabulous in Phineas and Ferb, and Basil Bravo in Milo Murphy's Law.

For Hamster & Gretel, he voices El Luchador, a supervillain.
