Coach Haggerty is an antagonist in the Hamster & Gretel episode "Cheer Cheer Bang Bang". She was the physical education coach at Eastside High School, and was also responsible for training the Eastside Cheerleaders. In secret, however, she has been leading a string of bank robberies, using a special mind-control whistle to hypnotize the cheerleaders into mindless minions that commit heists at her command. Haggerty also planned to hypnotize the entire school and organize multiple simultaneous robberies, before she was ultimately foiled by Fred, Hamster and Gretel.
Physical appearance[]
Coach Haggerty is a rather plump woman with light brown or dark blonde hair, tied in a knot. Her outfit consists of a sky blue t-shirt with dark navy rims, as well as navy-gray shorts and a pair of white and sky blue sneakers.
Personality[]
Not much is known about Coach Haggerty, but it can be safely assumed that she is money-hungry, desiring wealth to the point of committing crimes like many bank robbers.
Ironically, Haggerty has expressed that she hates cheerleaders, despite commanding a group of hypnotized cheerleaders and relying on their athletics to commit heists perfectly, as well as being around cheerleaders as part of her official job description.
Skills and abilities[]
Coach Haggerty is great enough of an inventor to create a special whistle with a mind control mechanism that works perfectly when switched on; so much so that she patented the whistle under her own name and made a detail user's manual for it. One critical flaw to her whistle's hypnosis is that, unlike with the hypnotic jingles of The Earworm (which hypnosis only wears off when the subject is exposed to much catchier music), the hypnosis breaks when the subject is exposed to any loud, jarring, rhythmic sounds or music.

Season 1[]
Prior to the events of "Cheer Cheer Bang Bang", several bank robberies committed by cheerleaders have already taken place; the one "Cheer Cheer Bang Bang" starts off with being the sixth in several days. Coach Haggerty herself, though, is seen first during the cheerleader tryouts, where Fred shows up to become part of the team and secretly investigate. Haggerty does not suspect a thing and is majorly impressed at Fred's incredible athleticism, letting her be part of the cheerleaders. Haggerty allows ten minutes for the cheerleaders to get ready for the pep rally, which Fred uses to ask around.
When Fred meets up with Hamster and Gretel in the locker room, the former expresses she doesn't think the cheerleaders are actually pulling off the robberies, as Haggerty announces to the remaining cheerleaders that the pep rally begins in two minutes; this is when Fred, Hamster and Gretel find out Haggerty is behind the robberies, as she activates the mind control function on her switch and hypnotizes the cheerleaders, after nearly forgetting to do so. She details to the now-zombified teenagers that she plans to hypnotize the whole school during the pep rally, and that they will lead the others to rob every single bank in the city at the same time, claiming it to be "the largest multi-bank robbery the world has ever seen", and that even Hamster and Gretel would be unable to put a stop to it. After briefly questioning where the newly-recruited Fred is, Haggerty and the hypnotized cheerleaders take their leave.
At the pep rally in the gymnasium, Haggerty blows her hypnotic whistle and successfully put every in it under mind control (of which includes Kevin and Hiromi). She then commands her newly-gained army of hypnotized minions to rob and pilfer, and bring her money, gold and jewels, failing to notice Fred, Hamster and Gretel sneaking in while wearing noise-cancelling headphones. The three then create a loud, rhythmic tune before Haggerty's commands could be carried out, breaking everyone's hypnotic trance, despite Haggerty's efforts to keep everyone in check.
The corrupt coach, cutting her losses, decides to make a run for it, but Fred makes a huge leap similar to the one during the tryouts, and lands in front of her. Fred them delivers a swift kick to Haggerty, passing her over to Hamster and Gretel, who then dunk her into the basketball basket, incapacitating and defeating her.
