Don't Do It is a short song performed in the episode "Self-HEELP!" It's a play off of Stacy's song, Positivity Equals Positiveness, sung by her daughter Fred, convincing Charlie that not all dreams should be pursued. A second variant sung by a different actress is heard at the end of the episode, after Charlie discovers a flyer for laser wing removal.
