Dr. Archie Aster is a character from the Hamster & Gretel episode "Gentlemen Prefer Fronds". He is a renowned horticulturist and occasional adventurer, and the host of a popular TV series entitled Garden Hunter with Dr. Archie Aster, in which he goes on expeditions for rare plants and shows how to grow these at home. Nordle is a huge fan of him and his TV series.

In "Gentleman Prefer Fronds", Dr. Aster is the chosen judge for a botany contest hosted by Eastside Elementary School, which grand prize is to share the spotlight with him in an episode for his TV series.

Trivia[]

Dr. Archie Aster is a parody of Indiana Jones from the eponymous Indiana Jones movie franchise, although Indiana is a professor in archaeology rather than horticulture.
