The Duck Boyz is a popular band in Hamster & Gretel. A friend of Fred, named Sydney, appears to be a guitarist of the band. Moreover, Hiromi wears a gray Duck Boyz t-shirt as part of her common outfit.
The Duck Boyz held a concert during the events of "Empower Failure", with nearly everyone watching it live or via a broadcast on TV, the latter being used by Professor Exclamation to his advantage to attack city hall and trapping Hamster and Gretel. Kevin uses the concert in order to free Hamster and Gretel from Professor Exclamation's trap.
Physical appearance[]
A common outfit for a Duck Boy is a large, round helmet with dot eyes and a bill covering the eyes and nose (making them resemble a duck), a two-toned polo t-shirt, pants and a pair of two-toned sneakers. Each member of the Duck Boyz wears them in a different color, these clothes following a monochromatic colorscheme for their respective hue. The singers wear their Duck Boy outfits in purple, yellow, blue and green, the guitarists in magenta and cyan, and the drummer in orange. Additionally, the singers' helmets is adorned with a fluffy comb.
When Kevin got to pose as a Duck Boy to get his message across, he wore a pink Duck Boyz helmet, also adorned with a comb. This implies that there may be an eighth member, who also happens to be the fifth singer in the band.

History[]
In "Empower Failure", the Duck Boyz were first mentioned by Fred, noting the t-shirt Hiromi wears as Kevin approaches her to pay for a comic book. After Hiromi stated she failed to get tickets for a Duck Boyz concert that would be performed that same night, Fred revealed that her friend Sydney is a guitarist in the band, and revealed that she got tickets because of that. She then set Kevin and Hiromi on a date by feigning she can't come, giving her tickets to them.
That evening, while Kevin was waiting for Hiromi outside of the concert hall, Professor Exclamation made an announcement for Hamster and Gretel to appear at city hall before his army of robots destroy it. As it turns out, Exclamation chose this night to do this as the mayor gave the entire police force the day off so they could watch the concert via a TV broadcast. Worried about Gretel's safety, Kevin sacrificed his date and rushed to city hall.
When Professor Exclamation's challenge turned out to be a trap for Hamster and Gretel to be locked in an impenetrable cage connected to the city's power grid, Kevin called Fred about her connection with the Duck Boyz, as he got an idea how to save Hamster and Gretel. At the concert, Kevin, posing as one of the Duck Boyz, made an announcement for those watching the concert from their homes to use as much electricity as possible and overload the grid. Aside from it becoming a catchy song, it worked, as people were overusing their electrical appliances. This in turn caused a blackout, freeing Hamster and Gretel from Professor Exclamation's trap.
Afterwards, Kevin rushed back to the concert to meet with Hiromi, who revealed the concert has ended early due to the blackout.

Trivia[]
- One of the dance moves the Duck Boyz singers do during Overload the Grid is nearly identical to a dance move that The Lumberzacks were doing during Chop Away at my Heart. Both The Lumberzacks and Chop Away at My Heart are from Milo Murphy's Law, Dan Povenmire's previous show, which is part of the same universe as Hamster & Gretel and Phineas and Ferb.
