Felix Van Schurk is an antagonist from the Hamster & Gretel episode "Who's in Charge?" He is a scientist working in the field of electricity, who managed to get himself stuck inside a video tape of a 1986 movie known as Tubular Teens Go Tropical, rented from Buried Treasure. He got there in the first place as he attempted to convert himself to electricity in order to travel quickly to his favorite pizzeria through electric wires in no time, but being stuck inside this particular VHS for years made him resent movies and has since desired to ruin movies for everyone.

Electrical Transportation - Having converted himself into electricity via his BELT (Balance Electrical Linear Transfer), Felix is able to travel through electric wires and transfer himself into any electrical appliance or device as long as it's connected to anything. This includes objects that aren't necessarily electric but can only work through an electric device, such as a VHS tape or a USB flash drive.
Electrical Transmigration - He can also convert other people outside the electric network and bring them to him via his BELT, as long as is on a screen and the other people are nearby.
