Frank is a minor character in Hamster & Gretel. He appears to be the proprietor of a handful of shifty businesses, such as Frank's Discounted Discount Costumes and Frank's Fish Guttery, though he appears to be very upfront about his businesses' poor quality and lack of reliability in their respective commercials.

So far, Frank has only appeared in commercials which the episodes he appears in cut away to for context (e.g. when Hiromi asks Kevin why they received astronaut costumes instead of viking costumes), and has yet to appear in person with other characters.
