Frank's Discounted Discount Costumes is a rental costume company seen in the episode "The Bantam of the Elementary School Light Opera". As the name implies, the company sells and rents out various costumes for bargain prices. However, as the name also implies, the service and product aspects is also substandard, which the owner, Frank, proudly emphasizes in commercials for the company. Two known aspects are that the costumes that are sent to a client may or may not be the precise costumes they ordered or needed, and that the costumes they ordered may or may not smell like onions. At the end of the episode, it is revealed that Christine DePoulet now works at Frank's Discounted Discount Costumes as the company's new mascot, which is in fact the Bantam mascot Christine had been wearing since the mid-1990s.

A store building of Frank's Discounted Discount Costumes also exists, as shown in "Flake It Till You Make It".

History[]

In "The Bantam of the Elementary School Light Opera", Kevin had to order viking costumes for Hiromi's production of The Vikings of Venzance, and chose to order them at Frank's Discounted Discount Costumes because he was working on a budget. However, as the order arrived at the school, Kevin and Hiromi discovered they got astronaut costumes instead. As Hiromi asked where Kevin ordered them from, the episode cuts to a commercial for the company, in which Frank states he "got what you need, or maybe not", and that any client is guaranteed to "get something in a box", as the commercial ends on a jingle that reiterates the last part. Later, as Bailey asked why the astronaut helmet smells like onions, the episode cuts to another commercial, in which Frank states that any costumes orders might smell like onions, as a jingle similar to the first plays.

At the end of "The Bantam of the Elementary School Light Opera", a third commercial plays, in which Frank reveals that they got the Bantam as the company's new mascot. The commercial ends on another jingle, followed by Christine DePoulet, still wearing the bantam costume, clucking like a chicken.
