Hank Franklin is an antagonist from the episode "Thanks, But No Pranks". He is the host of the pranking video channel Hanky Pranky, and during the events of "Thanks, But No Pranks", Hank organizes a contest to see who can deliver the best pranks, the winner receiving a high-tech scooter. In reality, he plans to prank the entire town with the finalists, as revenge for a prank that left a mark on him when he was a teenager.
