Jacques Cassoulet is a character from the episode "Over the Hill". He is the proprietor of Coifs by Cassoulet, a hair salon for both dogs and their owner. He's also the inventor of the Prim-O-Matic, a special machine that can perfect a small dog's hairstyle even further (as long as the machine's setting is not turned up past the red line, lest the Prim-O-Matic shears a pup off its fur entirely).

In "Over the Hill", Kevin and Hamster's hair have become overgrown, and visit his boutique for haircuts.

Keith Ferguson voicing Jacques has been mistakenly credited for the episodes "Saturday Homecoming Fever" and "Dr. Eelgood". It's possible that Jacques Cassoulet was initially supposed to debut in either of the two episodes.
