Kevin Michael Richardson is an American actor and comedian who has acted and voiced in many TV shows, movies, and video games. He's known for having a distinctively deep voice, and so, many of his roles include that of villainous characters, such as Goro from Mortal Kombat, Kamek from The Super Mario Bros. Movie or Captain Gantu from Lilo and Stitch. He has worked with Dan Povenmire before, being the voice of Nolan Mitchell in Milo Murphy's Law, and P. P. Otter in Phineas and Ferb.
