Larry the Magic Boy is a multimedia franchise within the world of Hamster & Gretel, consisting of novels and feature films. It is a fantasy series starring the titular Larry the Magic Boy, and it appears that most stories in the series involve him finding or encountering other objects that are also magical. The franchise was first mentioned in "Romancing the Scone".

Just like Harry Potter, Larry the Magic Boy is a book series that later receives a series of film adaptations, which have gotten insanely popular in the world of Hamster & Gretel. Various characters in Larry the Magic Boy also seem inspired by characters in Harry Potter (e.g. Immoralis by Voldemort, Heinrich by Dobby, Grimply by Hagrid, etc.)
