The Librarian is an unnamed antagonist from the episode "Shush Hour". She hates loud noises, especially those made by kazoos, and found her only refuge, as well as her calling to shush people all day, in the local library. Realizing her shush is not enough to keep people quiet, however, the Librarian desires a more permanent solution to her grievance, as she purchased an item known as the Shushinator from Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated and uses it to steal everyone's voice.
Physical appearance[]
The Librarian is an older woman with an 18th century style wardrobe. She wears a slate, long sleeved, ruffle-cuff blouse with white frills on the neck and wrists, as well as a navy blue waistcoat. She also wears halfmoon reading glasses with yellow frames. The Librarian also uses a hair stick to keep her white hair up in a crown bun. She has talon-like red fingernails.

Skills and abilities[]
The Librarian used the Shushinator, a machine invented by Dr. Doofenshmirtz at Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated. This device has the power to remove the voices from the entire Tri-State Area and possibly the world. It also can use the voices it houses to activate a sonic blast feature.
History[]
The Librarian was raised by an opera singer and a foley artist. Because of this, she often felt like there was noise nonstop every day. She found her true calling as a librarian: working in a quiet place, shushing people all day.
Unfortunately, a Kazoo Festival was being held in a nearby park. The Librarian absolutely hates kazoos, so this inspired her to buy the Shushinator from Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated in order to shush the entire world. Kevin overheard her plan, but was discovered by her when he tried to call Hamster and Gretel. She trapped him under a pile of books using the Shushinator's sonic blast feature, went to the roof, and began sucking the voices out of everyone in the city.
Meanwhile, Kevin looked for a book on redirecting sound waves. After finding what he needed, he went to the roof, using three phones to play kazoo sounds and attract the Libarian's attention. He goaded her into destroying a pillar with a book on top of it, then the next sonic blast bounced off the book and redirected back to the Shushinator, destroying it. Afterwards, Hamster and Gretel showed up, with the latter punching the Librarian.
