Lulu Maybank (née Spradlin), also referred to as Mrs. Maybank is a minor character from Hamster & Gretel. She is an elderly neighbor of the Grant-Gomez family, living in a house that is part of the same complex as theirs. She appears to be quite blind (even while wearing glasses), and forgetful as well.

Mrs. Maybank used to live in Paris. When she was 19, she moved there to learn to paint. This is where she met Andre, the love of her life, a brilliant student at the Saverne.
Some time later, she and Andre were marching to make a change in the Latin Quarter during a period of civil unrest. Unfortunately, one day Andre didn't show up. Mrs. Maybank waited for him at the statue on Rue de Lugette every day for two weeks. She didn't even know his last name.
Thankfully, they eventually met up at the airport, and were happily married for 48 years.
Season 1[]
In "Grounded", as Hamster has lifted up the house complex in order for Gretel to investigate the trouble at the Old Appaloosa Campground while abiding to her grounding, Mrs. Maybank gets herself ready for an appointment with her optometrist. As she's about to leave, she is shocked, as if because of the complex she's about to leave being airborne. However, she actually just realized that she forgot her phone, and goes back inside.
This happens again when Hamster and Gretel have found the Sloppy Joe Monster attacking the campground: again, Mrs. Maybank appears to be shocked as if seeing the monster, only to go back inside because she forgot her glasses. This happens a third time during Gretel's fight against the monster, as Mrs. Maybank gets literally launched outside to then bounce back, as she goes inside because she realized she left the stove on.
Once Hamster and Gretel's whole adventure is over, and the house is back to its place, Mrs. Maybank is finally ready to meet the optometrist, only for her to realize her appointment is actually on the next day.
Later, Mrs. Maybank called Dave Grant to fix things at her apartment. He and Kevin were at first eager to get the job over with, but agreed to her offer of tea out of social obligation. However, as she continued with her life story, they became enraptured.
