— Ms. Jamanpour, Dr. Eelgood | ||
Ms. Jamanpour is a recurring character in Hamster & Gretel. She is Gretel and Bailey's teacher at Eastside Elementary School.
Physical appearance[]
Ms. Jamanpour is a lady who has short and wavy, dark brown hair in a bob cut, thick eyebrows, a brown skin complexion, and wears red lipstick for makeup. She wears a pink shirt with a blue jacket and wears purple pants. She also wears what appears to be gold earrings and a necklace.
Personality[]
Ms. Jamanpour appears to be a bit eccentric, possibly to appear more as a fun teacher; as shown in "Sleepover with the Enemy", as when she announces special news to the class, she jokingly announces that her apartment still has termites, before introducing new student Tina. In "Romancing the Scone", she explains to the class why in English, a book is called "book" instead of "lawnmower" (an entirely non-sequential comparison). Also in "Romancing the Scone", when deciding her students should do their book reports in pairs, Ms. Jamanpour decides to do way with letting the students work with a friend and instead determine the pairs at random because "life isn't fair". As Gretel and Nordle are paired up and the students in question visibly groan, Ms. Jamanpour gleefully exclaims it as the first of life's many disappointments.
Ms. Jamanpour's decisions on who gets their turn may seem ironic. In "Dr. Eelgood", when at the Bring Your Child To Work Day event that lets students' fathers showcase their job, Dave comments on how he'd hate to follow after Roman and his impressive VR video game, Ms. Jamanpour immediately calls Dave to the stand to let him talk about his own job. In "Romancing the Scone", Gretel and Nordle plead to fate to not pair them up with each other, when that's exactly what happens.
Ms. Jamanpour may not be all to knowledgeable on how a VR technology-based video game works, as seen in Roman's VR game from "Dr. Eelgood", as she keeps walking against a lamppost while asking if anyone knows how to turn around.
