Animals at the zoo are being stolen by the Syndicate, a criminal organization that has eluded the gang for weeks. Hamster, who feels frustrated that his ideas are constantly being shot down, is assigned to go undercover as a new member of the Syndicate.

Plot[]

Kevin, Fred, Hamster, and Gretel are brainstorming ideas for capturing a criminal organization known as Syndicate that has been stealing animals from the zoo. When Hamster attempts to make suggestions, the others do not see them as valid, instead settling on having Hamster go undercover as a new member of the Syndicate. During the operation, however, Hamster befriends Mr. Large, the organization's leader, and the two pridefully execute more animal thefts via Hamster's ideas.

Eventually, Hamster contacts Gretel with information regarding Sydnicate's next move, but when she arrives, she is trapped in a force field due to Hamster making Sydnicate aware of her arrival. Dr. Hawthorne, the owner of the zoo, is then revealed to be the one committing the animal thefts as part of her plan to sell them to eccentric villains as pets. Before she can proceed to the next phase of her plan, however, Hamster reveals that he had a decoy force field prepared, freeing Gretel. After defeating Syndicate by riling the animals up, the group apologizes for not taking Hamster's ideas more seriously.
