Relationships[]
Family[]
Professor Exclamation[]
Professor Exclamation wanted Nordle to turn out the same way as he did. He told Nordle that friends were for the weak, and playgrounds were for "slothful and lazy children."
Tobor[]
Tobor first attacked Nordle while he was discussing a school project with Gretel at the playground. However, it was revealed that Tobor was after the scone with evil superpowers in his backpack, and was sent by his father to look after him.
Tobor began to serve as Nordle's bodyguard/assistant. After Professor Exclamation disappeared, Tobor did his best to fill the void in Nordle's life, and began acting as a robot/servant/father figure for him. Eventually, Nordle reprogrammed Tobor to protect him after Professor Exclamation was incarcerated.
When Tobor began helping Hamster and Gretel to train for a coming threat, Nordle began feeling neglected by Tobor. However, this time apart also helped him develop a greater appreciation for his father figure.
Friends[]
Gretel[]
Wanting to meet his father's expectations, Nordle was initially mean to Gretel, believing that winning was his most important goal. However, once a mammoth started rampaging, he realized he needed to work together with her in order to win. They captured the mammoth together and used it as their joint project for the science fair.
Nordle continued to struggle between the selfish traits that were perpetrated by his father and the selfless traits that Gretel argued. Gretel made arguments toward heroic attributes that would eventually prove correct, which Nordle was forced to concede to. When he had to choose between getting evil superpowers with his father or being friends with Gretel, he chose to be friends with her. Gretel and Nordle became good friends after that, even dragging in an initially reluctant Bailey as well.
Bailey[]
Nordle didn't make the best first impression on Bailey. She was only reluctant friends with him because of Gretel after the lemonade stand incident. However, after Nordle stopped his father from wiping her memory, she started to accept him.
