Raúl is a character from the Hamster & Gretel episode "Churro's Day Out". He is an exclusive photographer that Dave and Carolina have made an appointment with to take a family portrait of them, Kevin and Gretel. Raúl is a perfectionist that makes all the decisions for his portraits, and needs his clients to follow all 471 of his guidelines.

He is the second character to have strict rules, the first one being Carmen Gomez.
So far, his known clients consist of the following: the Royal family (Murph and Jolie), the Grant-Gomez family (Dave, Carolina, Kevin, and Gretel, along with Hamster and Churro), and Harrison Philtrum (implied, given Philtrum was seen in Raúl's studio before Van Dyke took over his body).
