Sheila is an African-American teenager with large, bushy dark brown hair, light brown skin, brown eyes, gold earrings, and red velvet lips. Her cheerleader outfit consists of a blue, gold, and white skirt and tank top with a letter P on the front in white, and blue and white shoes. Her disco outfit consists of a magenta dress and bandana with gold flower outlines, white and silver boots, and triangle earrings.
