The Earworm is a villain in Hamster & Gretel. From a family of judgmental over-achievers, he was a hair stylist on an episode of Tonight's the Night guest starring Hamster and Gretel. Realizing the chance to become richer and more successful than the rest of his family, he seized that opportunity to take their DNA for extensive research, become a successful jingle writer, and create a catchy jingle with hypnotic undertones that only affect Hamster and Gretel.
Physical appearance[]
The Earworm is a tall, lithe, fair-skinned man with blond hair, done in a rather tall flattop hairstyle. He also has dark brown eyebrows, yellowish brown eyes, and pronounced cheekbones and chin. He wears a pink and green outfit that mashes the literal equivalents of "ear" and "worm" together. The "worm" part of the outfit is a green onesie with thin, light green stripes, resembling caterpillar segments. The two pant legs are also replaced with a large tail that the legs fit in, making the suit difficult to walk in with. The "ear" part consists of a flesh-colored tank top that goes over the green onesie, and has a ginormous collar shaped like an ear. Additionally, the Earworm wears sunglasses and a green pair of headphones. The large, ear-shaped collar, the worm tail and the sunglasses make the Earworm's silhouette resemble that of a giant cobra.
The Earworm's civilian outfit consists of a pink dress shirt with a green vest over it, as well as dark brown pants and a pair of brown shoes. He also wears a pair of glasses with light blue temple pieces.

Personality[]
Growing in a judgemental family of overachievers, Earworm has a low sense of self esteem and a high degree of pettiness. He is a ruthless opportunist who will go for great lengths just to one up his family, even if it means harming others for his own gain.
Skills and abilities[]
The Earworm has no supernatural powers, but being from an overachieving family, he is talented in a slew of fields, which includes hair styling, science, and music writing. One feat includes searching for the sympathetic vibrations of Hamster and Gretel's specific DNA using strands of their hair, while simultaneously building up a new career as a successful jingle writer (to which he graduated summa cum laude). This, in turn, has him able to write a cereal jingle with hypnotic undertones that only affects Hamster and Gretel.
History[]
In "The Earworm", the Earworm had Hamster & Gretel steal things because he used to be a TV hair stylist who used the DNA of Hamster & Gretel to hypnotize them into executing his plan to become rich and famous.
