The Neighslayer (real name: Ned Slater) is a villain in Hamster & Gretel. He is described as a frat guy horseman.

Physical appearance[]

The Neighslayer has the arms and lower body of a horse. He wears a track jacket and blue jeans.

Personality[]

Personality Traits:

  • Narcissistic and Proud: He is arrogant, self-centered, and holds an inflated sense of his own importance.
  • Cocky and Vain: He is boastful and concerned with his own appearance and abilities.
  • Intimidating: He uses his appearance and nature to frighten and assert dominance over others.
  • Short-Sighted: The Neighslayer lacks foresight and doesn't think through the long-term consequences of his actions, as seen in his backstory.
  • Uncontrollable Nature: He possesses the unpredictable and wild nature of a bucking bronco, never backing down from a challenge or accepting refusal.

  • Horse Physiology - Being part horse, the Neighslayer shares several traits with his equine kin.
    • Enhanced Speed - The Neighslayer can run as fast as his brethren.
    • Enhanced Strength - The Neighslayer was able to kick Gretel with enough force to slam her into a wall.
    • Hoof Protrusion - The Neighslayer can use his hooves to attack.
    • Zoolingualism (limited) - The Neighslayer is able to talk to and understand horses.

Weapons[]

  • Horseshoe bola - The Neighslayer used a glowing bola made out of a pair of horseshoes to capture Hamster.

Potential Weaknesses[]

  • Peppermints - Gretel used peppermints to stop the Neighslayer's horses from attacking her. The Neighslayer himself seemed to be enticed by them as well, though he was able to control himself.
